Advertising / listing will be accepted throughout the year. Listings should be posted / updated within two weeks of receipt.
Course Listing Rates:
Course Listings (includes Australian Goods & Services Tax) $ 110.00 each
Each course listing will occupy the equivalent of up to 1/4 of a printed A4 page. Each participating Institution also receives an entry in the Institution Listings. We will provide hyperlinks to your website from your Institution Listing.
Banner Advertising will be available to be purchased within the site. Frequency, location and rates are yet to be finalised. We will be in contact with participating organisations in the near future with these details.
Full payment should accompany order.

Acceptance:
The publishers reserve the right to reject or modify any advertisement or listing.
Cancellations:
Cancellation of booked course listings, banner advertising and any
other form of advertising may be made within seven (7) days of placement without penalty.
Full contracted rate is payable for cancellation after this date.
Period of Listing:
Course listings will run for a period of up to 12 months from the
date of initial posting on the website. Providers are able to request that course be
removed prior to this period. If a course is removed, a new listing fee will apply if
subsequently re-listed.
Modifications:
Each course listing is able to have two minor modifications during
the 12 month listing period at no additional cost. Minor modifications are those that
require less than five minutes of administration time. Major modifications shall incur an
update fee.
Indemnity:
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that
advertisements comply with the Trade Practices Act 1974 as amended. All advertisements are
accepted for publication on the condition that the advertiser indemnify the publisher and
its servants against all actions, suits, claims, loss and/or damages resulting from
anything published on behalf of the advertiser.
Payment:
Payment for course listings and advertising shall accompany course
information and order form. No course shall be listed unless payment in full has been
received. Australian Goods and Services Tax is included in quoted prices.
